San Jose Builders unveils sports complex in projects

PAMPANGA, Philippines — New San Jose Builders Inc. (NSJBI) is raising the quality of living by expanding on the usual recreational site and swimming pool concept by coming up with a new competition-ready members-only Sports Complex, the first of its kind in affordable condominium offerings.

NSJBI chairman Gerry Acuzar said the new Sports Complex covers total space of over two hectares, brings to the communities that NSJBI serves.

For the company that has been a leader in its class since 1986, NSJBI aims to promote an active and healthy lifestyles among its residents. The sports enclave provides facilities that are fitted to competition standards, and thus, provides a good venue for training for tournaments and leagues.

Homeowners in Victoria Station 2 near the MRT’s GMA-Kamuning Station and Victoria de Manila 2 on Taft Avenue have exclusive access to the six-lane bowling facilities, Olympic-size swimming pools, fully-equipped and professionally-manned gyms, tennis, badminton and basketball courts, billiard halls, open activity centers and a members-only spa.

The extensive indoor and outdoor sports facilities feature modern designs such as glass-enhanced features.

NSJBI’s Sports Complex is the largest and the only one of its kind in this bracket. The developer, in collaboration with professional sports facilities managers, is set to operate the Sports Complex in a way that would sustain the high-level upkeep of the facilities and maintain the exclusivity of use by members.

According to Acuzar, by promoting an active lifestyle and increased social interaction, they cater to the lifestyle definition requirements of different kinds of potential buyers.
